Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals


• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase vehicle sales and profitability


• Maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and return business


• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the purchasing department


• Prepare regular sales reports and provide actionable insights to senior management


• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations


• Coordinate marketing efforts and promotional events to attract new customers

Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive sales management or related field
