Job Description

Position Overview

Please note that this position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.

Responsibilities

Drive congressional advocacy on issues that shape the future of healthcare. Represent Epic before federal policy makers and serve as a key voice on legislative issues affecting healthcare technology. Develop government relations strategies that advance pro‑innovation policies that put the patient at the heart of healthcare and help providers succeed in an evolving regulatory environment. Primary focus will be federal affairs, building and sustaining relationships across the House and Senate while partnering with government affairs teams at health systems, hospital associations, and other key healthcare stakeholders to drive aligned, high‑impact initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or greater (any major)
  • 6+ years of relevant experience
  • A history of academic and professional success
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of working days
  • Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
  • Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed)
  • COVID-19 vaccination
