Position: Forklift Operator/ Material Operator

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Shift: First, Second & Overnight

Overview:
We are seeking a Machine Operator to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating heavy equipment and be skilled in materials handling within a fast-paced distribution center environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Stack, stage, and transport pallets of product throughout the warehouse and loading docks
• Operate Crown High Reach Forklifts safely and efficiently
• Follow all equipment operating instructions and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times
• Work flexible shifts based on business needs
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirement:

• Prior forklift or electric pallet jack experience required (CROWN equipment preferred)
• Strong commitment to safety at all times
• Ability to work independently and follow directions
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy
• Ability to read and understand numbers, labels, and instructions
• Must follow all warehouse safety policies, including MHE operations, safe driving practices, safe lifting techniques, no-contact policy, and equipment check-out procedures

Work Environment:
