Retail Sales Representative – Costco Roadshows
Want to build a career in sales without cold calling or knocking on doors?
Key Precision Marketing is hiring part-time and full-time Retail Sales Representatives to represent Vivint Smart Home inside Costco locations throughout the Greater Philadelphia area.
You will work in a busy retail environment with consistent customer traffic, proactively start conversations, identify customer needs, explain Vivint’s smart-home solutions, and guide qualified customers through the sales process.
We provide paid training, weekly W-2 pay, uncapped commission opportunities, and continued sales coaching. This position is ideal for someone who is confident, competitive, comfortable approaching new people, and motivated by performance.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Represent Vivint Smart Home professionally at Costco Roadshows
• Proactively approach shoppers and initiate sales conversations
• Ask questions to understand each customer’s needs
• Educate customers about smart-home security products and services
• Guide qualified customers through the enrollment process
• Conduct high-ticket, consultative sales presentations
• Meet individual and team performance goals
• Maintain a professional and organized event display
• Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching
• Travel to assigned Costco locations throughout the region
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a consistent schedule

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
• Available for a part-time or full-time schedule
• Weekend availability is strongly preferred
DRIVING REQUIREMENT
Applicants must:
• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Have regular access to a reliable, insured vehicle
• Be willing to travel between assigned Costco locations
• Maintain reliable attendance without depending on coworkers for transportation
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Previous experience in high-ticket sales, retail sales, promotional events, hospitality, customer service, fundraising, athletics, leadership, or team management is preferred but not required. We provide hands-on training for candidates with the right communication skills, work ethic, and attitude.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
• W-2 employment with weekly pay
• $15–$30 per hour with additional commission opportunities
• Representatives receive $15 per hour on days when they do not complete a sale
• On sales days, representatives earn the full commission associated with each completed sale
• Commissions range from $250–$350 per sale, depending on the package
• Additional $20–$40 bonuses are paid following successful installation
• Paid training and continued sales coaching
• Uncapped earning potential for strong performers
Total earnings vary based on hours worked, individual sales performance, completed accounts, and successful installations.

WORK LOCATION
This is an in-person position at select Costco locations throughout the Greater Philadelphia area. Regional travel is required.
